The founder
Built on the realities of driving enterprise growth.

For twenty years, I have been in growth-oriented roles, most recently leading revenue-generating departments for multinational organisations whose missions I believed in deeply. I spent years selling partnerships to support the mission of journalism, driven by the belief that disseminating trustworthy ideas helps people make better decisions in their lives.
Yet, the broader impact of that work often felt removed from what I could directly see and experience. I found my truest, most tangible impact by turning inward within the organizations I worked in - focusing instead on the people within my own teams and the technologies required to support them. What became clear is that sustained high performance requires more than just capable individuals; it demands an environment where people are supported by robust systems and intelligent tools. Meaningful professional growth and commercial success are deeply intertwined with the operational reality a team experiences every day. By systematically improving the levers that govern this reality - the structure of the team, the clarity of their roles, the tools they use, and the workflows that underpin their days - we create spaces where people can genuinely excel.
Entelica was founded to bring this focus on ‘systems thinking’ to today’s commercial leaders and thus to enable them to ensure their people, tools and processes are working together to drive durable growth.
