Twenty years inside the workflows I now help other leaders redesign.

For twenty years I worked in growth roles, most recently leading revenue-generating departments for multinational organisations whose work I passionately believed in. I spent years selling partnerships in support of journalism, on the belief that putting trustworthy ideas in front of people helps them make better decisions, professionally and personally.

I also spent a great deal of that time inside the workflows I now help other leaders to redesign. I have answered the tenders, run the renewal cycles, and worked through the procurement questionnaires that sit between a proposal and a signature. What became clear to me is that sustained performance takes more than capable individuals. It takes an environment where those individuals are supported by systems that make sense and tools that genuinely help, because how well somebody grows professionally and how well a business performs commercially are both bound up in the operational reality a team lives through every week.

Entelica exists to bring that way of thinking to other business leaders: the structure of the team, the clarity of people's roles, the tools they are given, and the workflows that shape their days.
