Privacy Policy

Entelica Advisory Limited ("Entelica", "we", "us") is a private company incorporated in Hong Kong, business registration 80524274. This policy explains what we do with personal data: yours as a visitor to this site, yours if you correspond with us, and yours if you take part in an engagement we are running. We handle personal data in accordance with Hong Kong's Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance. Where we hold personal data relating to individuals in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we apply the standards of the General Data Protection Regulation to it.

This site is deliberately simple. There are no lead-capture forms, no user accounts, no advertising pixels and no third-party marketing trackers.

Analytics, without cookies. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to check that the site is working and performing properly. It operates at the network edge, uses no cookies, does not track individual addresses, and collects no information that identifies you. Because we are not tracking you, there is no cookie banner to accept or decline.

Email. Our only contact channel is a direct email link. If you write to us, we receive what you choose to send and nothing else.

If we are in touch about possible work, we keep a record of who you are, your role, your business contact details and what was discussed. We use it to have the conversation and to pick it up again later if it goes anywhere.

We keep that record for twenty-four months from the last substantive contact, or until you tell us to stop, whichever comes first. Then we delete it. If you would like it deleted sooner, say so in a sentence and it will be.

We do not buy contact lists and we do not scrape them. Where we get in touch first, we will tell you how we found you if you ask.

Entelica provides diagnostics, architecture, governance design, capability building and transformation roadmaps. Entelica does not perform software development, systems integration, database administration or production deployment, does not conduct keystroke-level process mapping, does not select, procure or negotiate with software vendors on a client's behalf, and does not write into client systems of record. Implementation is executed by the client's internal teams or appointed vendors against Entelica's specifications. Client material is held only for the period set out in our retention schedule and is then deleted.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not disclose it to anyone for their own purposes. Service providers process it on our instructions and are contractually held to our retention periods and to a prohibition on using it to train any model. Every one that touches client material is named on our published sub-processor list. Cloudflare, acting purely as our infrastructure host, processes anonymous technical data at the network edge to protect the site and route traffic.

We may also disclose personal data where the law requires it, or to our professional advisers and insurers where it is necessary to do so.

Some of our service providers hold data outside Hong Kong. Our sub-processor list says where each of them holds it. Our infrastructure provider routes traffic across international networks, and aggregate, anonymous technical data is processed across those networks in the course of that.

Website analytics are aggregate and hold nothing about you. Correspondence about possible work is kept for twenty-four months from the last substantive contact. Correspondence during an engagement is kept for the engagement plus ninety days. Everything relating to an engagement follows the schedule published on our Trust page. Signed contracts and invoices are kept for seven years because Hong Kong statutory and tax record-keeping requires it.

Under the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance you may ask what personal data we hold about you and require us to correct anything inaccurate. We respond within the period the Ordinance sets. Where we hold the data on a client's behalf, we pass your request to them and tell you that we have.

Where the General Data Protection Regulation applies to you, you additionally have the right to ask for erasure, to restrict or object to processing, and to receive your data in a portable form.

Email enquiries@entelica.com, marked for the attention of the person responsible for data protection. If you are unhappy with how we answer, you may complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner for Personal Data in Hong Kong.

We may update this policy if our infrastructure, our service providers or the applicable law changes. The date at the top shows when it was last updated. We do not maintain a change notification list.
